California and its complex firearm laws leave a lot to be desired. We all know about the Judge. Well If you want one...you cant have one while living in California. While the United States of America says it is perfectly legal to own. Our bright, forward thinkers under the Capital dome here in California believe they know best and have legislated the Taurus Judge right out of the honest, hard working, law abiding, citizens hands of this great State.

The law office of Michel & Associates have put together a PDF explaining the Shotgun laws in this State. I received this in an email today and thought I would pass it on to you guys/gals.

I wonder if they consider the 22LR / 22mag version an assault weapon.
