Greetings and welcome to NVSA's first United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) match for 2015.  With newly constructed bay walls, the match and growth potential at NVSA is exciting.

Upon reflection and in consideration of 2015, a few goals and objectives for the coming year are as follows:

Brief Shooters meeting with shooting commencing promptly at 9:00 a.m.;
Six challenging stages, including a classifier each match;
One classifer match per year;
Range Officer (RO) Training - As a new USPSA club, there is a shortage of ROs at the matches.  If you know the RO commands or want to learn the commands, do not hesitate to volunteer your services as an RO.  An experienced RO will always be on hand to provide assistance;
Score Keepers - Same comments as above.  Don't be shy!  This is a Level I USPSA match and we are all here to learn, have fun and refine our shooting game!
Stage Designers - The NVSA website contains stage design tools so anybody can design a stage, regardless of experience.  You will be surprised how fun and simple it really is!

The match will start at 9:00 a.m. and we can not register anyone after the shooter meeting beginning at 8:50 a.m.  Accordingly, please arrive by 8:15 to get registered and ready.  Those who wish to help set up, please arrive at 7:00 a.m.

We look forward to seeing you at the range.  DVC

I predict Production to win

I predict Production to win the largest division award this Sunday. Hard to believe USPSA rejected Production for years forcing Bill Wilson to start IDPA. Then only to later give in and approve Production....the division that the USPSA purists poo poo-ed be the division of choice for so many USPSA members.

Thanks for the positive

Thanks for the positive feedback.  It was a very good start and with some minor tweaking, great stage designs and continued great turn out to help build stages, it will be a great shooting year.

Classifiers Uploaded.

Classifiers Uploaded.

Lance, When I went to upload it showed you expired. When I went and looked you up on USPSA I discovered the problem. I noticed you changed USPSA numbers from 3yr to life. I made the changes to this classifier.

See you next weekend.
